Sub contractors are not always used, in fact contractors are only used where a job is very large and requires extra resources to complete the work on time. At MacSparx we take total responsibility for our contractors work and as such are very particular as to how and when they are employed.

The engagement of a contractor at MacSparx involves the following process…

• Assess the skills needed against the job requirements
• Check accreditation, licenses and previous experience
• Review occupational health and safety training
• Review with the contractor MacSparx expectations and “Code of Conduct”
• Provide briefing / training as appropriate to the job
• On the job check regularly and review work performance
